* Shoes must be new as "completely unsoiled" to get an exchange
* First exchange will be free of charge. Further exchanges will be charged for shipping
* Please enclose a copy of your receipt
* Custom made shoes will not be returned or exchanged
* If the above requirements are met, we will gladly except the exchange
