Our Policy On Returns for Exchanges:
- Shoes must be returned within 7 days for an exchange
- Shoes must be new as "completely unsoiled" to get an exchange
- Please enclose a copy of your receipt
- Custom made shoes will not be returned or exchanged
- If the above requirements are met, we will gladly accept the exchange
